Termination The goods ordered under this agreement are purpose made to the customers particular requirements and accordingly the customer has no right to terminate the agreement, except with the agreement in writing to the company and 7 days from the date of the contract overleaf.

If cancelled after 7 days on terms that the customer shall indemnify the company in full against all (including loss of profit), costs (including the cost of all labour and materials used), damages, changes and expenses uncured by the company as a result of cancellation.
